Naver reviewers repeatedly describe friendly staff, clean surroundings and clear explanations. The clinic advertises support in English, Japanese, Thai and Chinese. Low sales pressure appears in many Naver accounts. Google, Creatrip and Reddit include both unpressured consultations and accounts of sales pressure, waiting or rushed explanations. Some patients describe pain checks and breaks; others say their requests were not handled well. Allow time for a consultation and an explanation of each proposed procedure. Many reviews are brief or written soon after a visit. They help describe service, but cannot establish long-term results, practitioner competence or complication rates. These are source-by-source audit counts as of 28 September 2026. They are not unique patient totals. Imported reviews, translations, crossposts and clinic marketing do not become additional independent evidence.
All available review bodies and clinic replies were read. One entry has no written review. Profile count is not a verified patient count.

Open the matched Kakao listing ↗Reports emphasize private rooms, language support and attentive care. Some mention waits, discomfort or results still to come. The Japanese-language filter shows translated copies of English reviews; we do not count those twice.
Tripadvisor audit and source ↗Positive reception reports sit alongside waits and rushed explanations, including in five-star reviews. Five older texts explicitly name Cellin. The site advertises review benefits, so funding and incentives require attention.
Creatrip audit and source ↗1,552 complete written reviews read, plus 46 rating-only records. We captured 1,600 distinct review IDs; two texts remain truncated and are excluded from our findings. Google displays 4.9 / 5 for the entire listing, not a score calculated by Glow Lab.
We worked through newest, lowest-rating and relevance views, removed overlapping IDs, and expanded replies to substantive concerns. The heavily loaded review pages became unresponsive; alternate views did not reconcile to the full count. Many routine owner replies also remain unexpanded. This is an incomplete audit, not a representative sample or a census of every negative review. Google scope
The 12-month window starts on 28 September 2025. Naver’s 1,017 records include 12 additional entries from profiles that posted more than once. Four pairs from different profiles also match exactly after removing whitespace. We did not convert these counts into a satisfaction score or merge Naver and Kakao into a single rating.
Naver labels 887 entries as booking-associated, 124 as receipt-associated and 6 as payment-record-associated. These platform labels do not verify medical outcomes or whether a review was incentivized. There are clinic replies on 1,007 entries, using 57 distinct reply texts. Many replies are templates; a reply alone is not evidence of resolution.
Same address is only the first check. We match branch addresses, map IDs and official links. Older Cellin/Céline Hongdae reports are retained as historical evidence; continuity of ownership and medical staff has not been established. Companion accounts and likely crossposts are treated conservatively as one possible incident, rather than independent corroboration.
Original wording matters. Within Google, we read 41 Japanese and 63 Chinese original texts, alongside English originals and platform translations. One Chinese review praising attentive, unpressured service was mistranslated into a warning in French; we corrected its interpretation using the original. Ambiguous wording is excluded from theme coding. Language does not establish nationality.
Service, outcomes and advertising are different evidence. We distinguish consultation-only and immediate post-visit posts from later updates; label collaborations, disclosed benefits and unknown funding; and read critical accounts alongside clinic replies and contrary experiences. A reply to an older positive version of an edited review does not resolve its later complaint. We do not infer medical fault, fake reviews or complication rates from these records.
Five original Reddit threads and their visible discussions were read. The May and July 2026 treatment accounts add consultation and aftercare detail. An August 2025 account is historical; an October walk-in received no treatment. Another thread appears to overlap a Google complaint, so it does not establish a separate incident. Google originals and the More Nomad visit report describe language support, care and waiting. The blog’s funding is unknown. A verified Instagram post is jointly authored with the clinic and labelled as a collaboration; its financial terms are unknown and it is not independent approval evidence. We read Chinese Google originals and all four Traditional Chinese native Creatrip reviews. These include helpful explanations and interpreter support, alongside waiting and rushed-care concerns. We read 12 visible Trustpilot texts and replies against a header of 13, checking likely Google crossposts. Korean blog coverage remains incomplete, including Kakao’s 938 blog links. 03 / Concerns & clinic replies
These are reviewers’ accounts, not independently established medical findings. We checked the clinic’s visible response and whether a resolution was documented.
Some accounts describe rushed decisions, unclear product explanations or inadequate aftercare. Others describe attentive, unpressured consultations. One pain-related complaint describes difficulty obtaining a pause; the clinic apologizes for communication shortcomings and says stopping immediately can depend on the procedure stage.
The clinic offers assessment or contact in several replies. One report of a skin reaction is disputed by the clinic. Public replies do not establish resolution, medical fault or frequency. Google reviews and replies
Creatrip advertises receipt-and-review credit of 10% (15% for VIP members), and a regeneration-mask offer tied to posting on Creatrip, Instagram or Google. We did not see a positive-rating requirement in those displayed terms. This establishes an advertised incentive, not participation by every reviewer. Current offer
Some Google reviewers allege pressure around ratings; clinic replies deny pressure in some cases and acknowledge discomfort with review requests in others. Other reviewers explicitly report no solicitation or incentive. A historical Reddit writer says staff still gave the products when they declined to post immediately. A reviewer disputes the injectable product and practitioner arrangements. In its 18 August response, the clinic asks for direct contact to examine the treatment record. Glow Lab cannot verify the allegation or the eventual outcome. Original account and response
Confirm the practitioner, product and agreed treatment plan before consent. A polished reception or a high average rating does not answer those questions.
A returning reviewer said a hair-removal session omitted the forehead, which they remembered being included previously, and felt the session offered poorer value.

One account posted twice about persisting inflammation, dissatisfaction with follow-up and the prospect of paying for another injection. These are two entries from the same reviewer, outside our latest 12-month window.
Clinic response, 14 August: apologized for the upset, said response to treatment can vary and offered a doctor follow-up at the next day’s scheduled visit. The final outcome was not visible.

A five-star review can still contain an important detail. One Kakao lip-filler reviewer described brief dizziness and staff assistance, then recovery.
