There is no best device for every acne scar. Ask a dermatologist to distinguish active acne, pigment marks and scar types before choosing treatment. A short-trip package should not promise the result of a full course.
Make sure you are treating the right problem
Dark marks, redness and changes in skin contour can call for different approaches. Ask the clinician to identify what you have and explain the proposed plan in those terms. The AAD describes assessment and tailored treatment rather than one universal scar procedure.

Discuss the risk as well as the device
If RF microneedling is proposed, ask about clinician training, settings and complications. The FDA reports serious harms with some uses, including burns, scarring, fat loss and nerve damage. Price or a brand name alone cannot establish suitability.

Plan the course and recovery before paying
Request the number and spacing of visits, realistic endpoints, expected aftercare and who can continue the plan at home. Compare one session separately from a full course. A holiday appointment can be a consultation even if the longer-term treatment belongs near home.

Can one Seoul session remove acne scars?
Do not assume that. A dermatologist should discuss your scar types, realistic improvement, likely number of visits and follow-up. Complete removal is not a sound promise for a travel package.
