1 session × ₩1,980,000, lasting about 18 months. Trials follow patients for 6 months; most Korean dermatologists repeat it yearly and clinics quote results of 1–2 years.
Uses this week's Seoul median and the typical duration from studies. Other treatments use their midpoint duration and usual first course.
Flushing and warmth usually fade within hours and any puffiness settles by the next day; makeup is fine straight after.
Skin looks flushed and feels warm, like a mild sunburn, sometimes with slight puffiness in the treated area.

Any day of your trip, even the last, since there's minimal downtime and no needles.
Most people can fly the same day or the next. Skip saunas, hot yoga and heavy sweating for 48 hours, and wear SPF daily.
One session is the whole treatment. The tightening builds over 2–6 months after you're home, so like Ultherapy there's no second Seoul visit to plan around it.
Often paired with Ultherapy or Shurink, or with a skin booster like Rejuran, in the same visit. RF tightening is usually done after ultrasound lifting.
Thermage leaves no wound, and with current energy settings pigment problems are rare in Asian skin. Summer is the one compromise: two days without saunas, hard workouts or heavy sweating, and daily SPF 50.
It uses monopolar radiofrequency to heat the dermis, which makes existing collagen contract and triggers the skin to build new collagen over the following months. The result is firmer, smoother-looking skin rather than a surgical-style lift.
This week's median across 37 Seoul clinic listings is about ₩1,980,000 for 600 shots, with a range of ₩1,199,000–₩2,600,000. The cheapest are one-time trial or first-visit prices; clinics' own listed regular prices run around ₩2,950,000. Confirm it's genuine FLX with a new tip.
It's one of the more intense non-invasive treatments because of the heat needed to reach the dermis. Comfort Pulse Technology (built-in vibration and cooling) softens it, and many clinics also offer numbing cream.
Tightening builds gradually over 2–6 months as new collagen forms, so you won't see the full effect while still in Seoul. Results typically last 1–2 years, and many people repeat it about once a year.
They're both monopolar RF devices with a similar mechanism, but Thermage FLX delivers more intense energy and is generally considered to give stronger, longer-lasting tightening, while Oligio is gentler and cheaper: in this week's Seoul listings, Oligio costs about a third of Thermage per shot.
Ask the clinic to open a new, sealed tip in front of you and check the tip type matches FLX. Reputable clinics also give a certificate afterwards listing the tip type, shot count and energy level.

Monopolar RF at 6.78 MHz passes current through the skin to a return pad, heating the dermis relatively evenly. It reaches deep enough to affect the fibrous septae that anchor skin to the tissue beneath it, while a cooling spray protects the surface.
The heat makes existing collagen contract right away and triggers a longer wound-healing response that lays down new collagen over the following months, which is why the tightening builds gradually rather than showing on the day.
The Thermage FLX system received FDA 510(k) clearance in September 2017 (announced that October) to non-invasively smooth skin on the face, eyes and body; the underlying RF platform has been used clinically since the early 2000s.
Comfort Pulse Technology combines skin cooling with multi-directional vibration to reduce how painful the heat pulses feel, a meaningful upgrade from earlier Thermage generations.
